⭐☆☆☆☆ Very poor experience and long-term consequences. I was treated at this clinic several years ago (around 2020–2021). What started as a relatively minor issue resulted in extensive treatment that, in my opinion, was unnecessary and poorly executed. I was advised to undergo root canal treatment. After that, the quality of care became extremely concerning. Appointments were cancelled, the dentist was changed, and the tooth was aggressively prepared. Fillings did not last and kept failing. Later, without clear explanation, the tooth was further reduced and a crown was placed. I was not properly informed about the extent of the work being done. Over time, the crown also failed. Today, years later, I still experience pain and sensitivity in that area. There is visible discomfort at the margin between the crown and the tooth, and the tooth feels constantly irritated. I am currently saving money and planning further treatment because the problem was never properly resolved. While travelling abroad (in Thailand), the crown completely came off. I had to visit another clinic just to have it temporarily re-cemented. This situation has caused ongoing stress, discomfort, and additional expenses. I paid a significant amount of money but was left with chronic dental issues. Because of this experience, I no longer trust this clinic and cannot recommend it.

Extraordinary dental care. Dr Pankti Patel took care of me for my root canal and several other fillings and is one of the best dentists I have ever met. She took great lengths to ensure a pain free comfortable experience. She and her dental assistants didn’t rush anything and took time to explain everything to me and answer any questions. Not only did I receive professional care it was a heartwarming experience to find gentle and caring dentist.💯

Just had a tooth (molar) extraction here, I came on an emergency appointment, I’m not a regular so I never did catch any of the team member’s names, but I just want to commend the dentist & nurse who completed my extract on short notice. I appreciate how much care was put into the procedure, the whole thing was painless & I have just woken up and feel great! P.s. I used to be afraid of going to the dentist, I probably wouldn’t have been if I had a dentist as good as her! Thank you very much 🙏🏽
