Short version: EXCEPTIONAL care, and I won't go anywhere else! Long overdue review for the exceptional SmileHub staff, most especially Dr. Sarah and Nurse Naf. I come from a dentistry family, so I know I'm in very good hands with these two! I've never had a dentist as gentle and empathetic as Dr. Sarah; she works with the utmost care. Last time I was in, Naf noticed I was cold, and asked if I'd like to be tucked in under a blanket. It's a tooth spa! Appointments are always fun as these two joke and chat throughout, but that doesn't mean they skimp on the cutting-edge state-of-the-art science and medicine. Cleanings are obviously thorough, but Dr. Sarah has also taken care of several treatments for me, one of them an emergency after one of my teeth had broken. She's also expertly taken on my long-time tooth clenching and helped minimise damage, as well as suggesting some very useful changes to help reduce my teeth's sensitivity. In addition to the dream team of Sarah & Naf, I've also seen a couple of different hygienists here and several assistants to Dr. Sarah, and every one of them has been delightful. Top it off with easy access to appointments, useful reminders, simple billing, very reasonable prices, and exceptional customer service. I can't recommend SmileHub, Naf, and Dr. Sarah enough!
