Cancelled my appointment because they no longer wanted to service my original time. Initially told me I could only get a refund in person - only to discover that I can indeed get a refund over the phone. Got a call from a manager who told me it would take 5-10 busness day only to hang up on me without taking any information, only to be called two more times to take the relevant information..... what a waste of time and energy

Weird receptionist. When inquired on whether a check up is insured by benefits, he said if you lie there’s a £100 fine. Completely rude and discriminatory assuming a customer would lie unprovoked. So unsophisticated

I honestly can’t thank Dr Magdah and Nurse Hajeen enough. They were both absolutely amazing from start to finish. They could have easily just pulled my tooth, but instead they took the extra time and care to save it by fitting a tooth implant. That alone says everything about their honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for patients. Everything was explained clearly, I felt comfortable the whole time, and I was treated with real respect. I highly recommend this practice, especially Dr Magdah and Nurse Hajeen
