When we went to use our insurance's dental care package, first my father, then my wife and I, were very pleased with Ms. Yağmur's treatment. Usually, when you go with insurance, the tartar cleaning is done hastily, but Ms. Yağmur did it meticulously, without rushing, and with great care; I didn't feel any pain at all. In fact, I didn't even experience any sensitivity afterwards. She did her job with a very gentle, calm, and humble attitude and didn't resort to unnecessary marketing tactics. Unfortunately, nowadays we can't be sure if a recommended procedure is truly necessary or just for commercial purposes, but Ms. Yağmur gave me so much confidence that I probably would have had it done if she had suggested something, because, as I said, she didn't engage in any unnecessary marketing talk.
