The receptionist or rude as hell. Terrible. I have mental health issues. I clearly mentioned to them that I need a reminder text. The agreed and said "that's fine". I missed my appointment because they did not send the reminder text. I called back to ask when the appointment was again, they said you have missed it already and if you miss another one we will not see you for the whole year (stupid). I said that I asked for a reminder text, you did not send it. They said "that is not our problem that is your problem, we don't have to send it to you, we only do it as a courtesy (I suppose they only send it to people they like), maybe a little bit of racism, or it's because they are just unprofessional. This usually happens when people have too many clients they get big headed. She was saying "we send a reminder text manually" 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 in 2026, they send reminder texts manually 😂😂😂😂😂🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦

friendly, polite and professional staff. Dentist clinics make me feel quite uncomfortable, but the team has been accommodating and a pleasant to deal with. Shout out to the lovely Miss Jia, practitioner superstar, for the new smile she gifted me, a job that I needed fast, and despite all the festivities in the way, she delivered satisfactorily and timely.

I recently had to cancel my dentist and hygienist appointments due to illness. When I phoned to cancel, they did not tell me I would be blocked from booking for a year because I was cancelling two appointments! Had I known, I would have dragged myself there and been less considerate. I only found out when I phoned to rebook, the response I got was something along the lines of… Sorry, it’s unlucky that you had two appointments on the same day.
