Sandra is the rudest receptionist I have ever come across and needs a customer service course or 2. I know a few people who use this dentist and have all had bad experiences with her, she treats customers like dirt on her shoe.

I match the needs to be referred to the orthodontist, i tried explaining this to ‘saba ahmed’ and one other dentist i need to go private. im not sure but it says on the NHS if an adult if suffering with malocclusion and problems affect their bite and eating they can be treated with braces if an orthodontist says so. They (the dentists) can’t give me treatment i know, however i am well within means to be referred to an orthodontist who can actually treat my issues which now have caused chipped teeth and severe pain that i didn’t even need to go through. This has been on going for about a year across 2 appointments and i was told by ‘saba ahmed’ in the first appointment i had an underbite, severe malocclusion and chips in my teeth from where my bite doesn’t match. She said she cant refer me, like even attempt to. I hadn’t been totally sure that i could so i just left it since i didn't look into it that much online. one assumes that dentists would know and obviously would actually offer guidance or effort to care for you since its their job. I’ve had to look into it myself and show them after them both being rude and delaying the process when it is urgent. Out of severe desperation and the massive strain on my mental/physical health. I could potentially (going by online guidance) actually get braces from the orthodontist because i qualify. Last time i came in (3rd appointment in 1 year) i was told i after showing evidence of what i knew for a year would be referred (after oppositional resistance and rudeness for some unknown reason) and have not heard anything. Also with how she was treating me i do not see the referral being very convincing. Shambles.

Very rude dentists for no reason at all, keep telling me there is nothing wrong or anything they can do with my tooth being squashed (by my other teeth) and having an awful smell coming from it with severe pain. Im sure if i was Asian they might be a little more help👍im at this point with my years being here suspecting racial discrimination from two dentists here. Terrible experience and still in massive pain.
