Just received notification of yet another cancelled appointment. This seems to happen every time. It’s so frustrating when arrangements are made and other commitments are moved around in order to attend an appointment only to have it cancelled. I completely understand this can happen from time to time but this has been the case for every appointment over the last couple of years :-(

I was very happy at this practice, but around July I needed an emergency appointment due to having cracked open two molars. I held off going to another practice for weeks, because Harry is genuinely one of the best dentists I've ever had. But I called the front desk repeatedly over those weeks, with no answer - save for one time I got a confused answer from someone clearly not employed to man the desk. I thought the practice had fallen apart but just this week got an appointment reminder, and I find the phone lines are now manned properly. No acknowledgement of what was going on back then, and the other reviews also seem to paint a spotted history with staffing. I would say they have some genuinely talented people working here, but something is wrong with the management - you can't go to a dentist that just goes dark periodically.

I registered recently as a new patient in this practice. Had my first appointment with Christina, who recommended a filling. The experience was smooth and could hardly feel a thing during the procedure. Really satisfied with the result, I would definitely recommend!
