Broxbourne Dental Practice

I have attended this practice for 25 years, my family all use it too. We have always found all the staff to be very efficient, polite and welcoming. Dr Jiwa always finds time for a chat and Sarah is very friendly. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

Both the Dentist, Dr Jiwa and Hygienist, Sarah are brilliant with me, my fiancée and my toddler. I have personally had multiple fillings due to my unhealthy consumption of sweets and several times Dr Jiwa has saved the day and caught the decay before it hit the nerve so I'm extremely grateful for his thorough approach. Sarah is equally as thorough and I always appreciate how clean she makes my teeth feel and her advice is always spot on! However, I'd be lying if I didn't mention that some of the receptionists are a bit cold and lacking warmth. Short, direct and one word sentences give off the impression one is in the wrong job - compassionate, warm and caring individuals surely most suited to a customer facing/hosting/dental receptionist roll. And smile at your customers before and after their appointment especially when they're paying nearly £200 per filling. Dr Jiwa has the right balance of being compassionate without being overly familiar.

Dr Harris She is amazing so kind and gentle and very reassuring, with two visits now for my daughter having her teeth removed for braces, she spoke to her about everything she was doing throughout the two visits, constantly checked how she was feeling throughout, being as gentle as she could be whilst still reassuring my daughter. She is compassionate about what she does and hence the reason my daughter does not want another dentist, she is the best I’ve ever seen. 10 out 10 star rating for me
